For those seeking relief from life’s more challenging problems, the journey starts here!

IMPROVE YOUR LIFE

Headshot of Callie Nettles, a mental health therapist, smiling in front of a brick wall.

Are you looking to make a change in your life, and have someone listen and provide the support you need to start taking action? I’m glad you are here. I’d love to help! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor passionate about helping individuals find relief from issues like anxiety, depression and the impacts of trauma. I want to help you feel empowered, build your motivation, and give you the strategies to challenge what keeps you stuck.

I have created a safe, confidential, and supportive space for you to share your experiences with another caring and accepting person. I strongly believe in the power of experiencing connection with others as a way to heal past wounds and work through what may be holding you back from living your best life. It takes a tremendous amount of courage to want to change, and to be willing to be vulnerable with another person.

I am here to offer support, guidance, and to hold your joys and pains with you so you know you do not have to be in this alone. If you are ready to get started, I am here for you.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 800-985-3059.

  • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.

  • Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.

  • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

  • Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
